To find and select your service provider, you need to be logged in to your account and be associated with a company. The service provider has the capability to stock and sell parts from our range. They also have access to support from our product experts who have close connections with the manufacturers.
Here's how to find and select a service provider
The service point you choose will be responsible for receiving and servicing your new machine before delivery, and they will also take care of the machine according to the maintenance agreement included in a machine purchase from us. They receive training and have access to support from Farmers First, which has direct factory support to quickly find solutions for complex troubleshooting.
