How to purchase machines

When you are logged in, you will find the correct prices for the machines. Our product experts provide you with support every step of the way. On the website, you can find contact information and schedule a time with an expert to make it easier to get in touch when you have the time. You can also seek advice from one of our service points.

From inquiry to purchase agreement and order

  1. Find information and contact our advisors or service providers for consultation on machine selection, equipment levels, or features.
  2. Choose the machine, service provider, maintenance agreement, and financing.
  3. Submit your inquiry and sign with BankID; a response email will be sent to your email address.
  4. Your inquiry is processed, and you receive a purchase agreement proposal. Once everything is finalized, you sign the purchase agreement with BankID.
  5. After the signing is complete, you will receive an order confirmation to your email address.
  6. We are members of Machine Suppliers (MaskinLeverantörerna) and adhere to the regulations in Lantbruk 16.

Machine Delivery
The machine is delivered to your chosen service point, which serves as the delivery provider and hands over the machine to you.

Maintenance Agreement
For larger machines, a maintenance agreement is included with the service provider you have selected. The specific inclusions vary depending on the machine, but you can easily find out by contacting our support or clicking on the "Care program" button under the "Choose maintenance plan" heading.

PRO-kit
A PRO-kit is included in the purchase. It consists of the most important and common spare parts needed to quickly get back up and running if an accident occurs during operation. (Parts for repairs that can and should be performed immediately to ensure production continues.)

Maintenance service

The purchase includes our Maintenance Service and a maintenance plan based on the manufacturer's recommendations. The maintenance plan, with all activities at the right intervals and instructions, is easy to use.

Through the maintenance service, you can see the maintenance your service point should perform and has performed. They can also log repairs and services in the same place and upload receipt documentation.

If you log your own maintenance, a service book is created, a maintenance log, which shows that the machine is well taken care of. It is useful to have when the machine is sold or in case of insurance claims, for example. Read more about the maintenance service here.

Regarding your potential used machine, you as our customer can handle it best in these various ways:

  1. Sell it through an auction company or a classifieds website. We collaborate with Fabeo and would be happy to help you get in touch with them.
