- Continue to the next time interval. By inputting all activities with their respective intervals, the system will automatically remind you of exactly what needs to be done. For example, if you input an activity that needs to be done after 50 hours of operation, it will automatically appear every time you reach 50 hours of operation.
- When you've completed the maintenance plan, press "To Summary" and review it. Press "Edit" if you want to make any changes or "Confirm" if you want to proceed, and then the maintenance can be logged in the app.
Guide
Manage maintenance
On our website, you have the opportunity to prepare everything you need for smooth machine maintenance. Here, you can easily add your machines and create detailed maintenance plans. Once the plans are created, you can download the Farmers First app, which is used when performing machine maintenance. On the web, you can then view the maintenance history and make changes to the maintenance plans.
Add machines
- Click on the menu in the upper right corner and select "My Company" or click on the house icon.
- Click on "Tools & Machines" and then "Add."
- Click on "Tools & Machines" and then "Add."
- Press "Choose Type" and select the machine type to use recommended actions.
- Fill in the machine details and click "Create."
Start by selecting a few machines to get started. If you have a photo of the machine or equipment, the serial number, registration number, a photo of the meter reading, and the user manual readily available, it will be easier to get started.
Add a maintenance plan
- Choose a maintenance interval, such as every 10 hours, weekly, every 500 hours, or annually.
- For each time interval, there are several generic maintenance actions suggested. Check the ones that apply to your machine based on the instruction manual and your needs.
- Add a photo or instructions on how the action should be carried out. Then, choose whether it should only be displayed in a list, if the user must actively mark the activity as completed, or if you want it to be verified with a photo as proof that the activity has been completed.
Add a user to the machine
Once the maintenance plan is complete, you can go to the tool or machine, click on Settings, and add the users who should be able to view the current machine.
Edit a maintenance plan
You can edit the plan as long as maintenance is performed on time. If the status of the machine's maintenance becomes yellow or red, maintenance must be performed before the plan can be changed. This is necessary to create a relevant maintenance log, which becomes a valuable document when it's time to sell the machine.
