Description

The fast seeder MaxiDrill P 120 FERTISEM 3M W!
This fast seeder handles MinTill-prepared soil, conventionally plowed land, or even no-till conditions when circumstances are right. With the largest clearance on the market, it can work quickly in all conditions.
Fast & Multipurpose

Fast & Multipurpose

Under normal conditions, you can sow shortly after one or more stubble cultivations. The roller also allows for deep loosening work. Even if the autumn is too wet, sowing is permitted if the rest of the soil is suitable. The generous ground clearance height allows for sowing immediately after a cereal harvest. As an accessory, there is a rear 3-point linkage; the seeder unit can be detached in just a few minutes thanks to the standard hitch. Hydraulic/electrical quick-connect fittings for easy on/off coupling. This allows for several configuration options. The seeder unit can be used alone or with another machine.

An optimal soil preparation

Maxi Drill soil preparation discs (Ø 415) are mounted on independent arms to ensure excellent ground countour following in all conditions. The regularity of the working depth and quality of the seedbed are well controlled, especially in case of obstacle.

Features

The largest clearance height on the market

The largest clearance height on the market

The largest clearance height on the market allows high field speed regardless of the circumstances.

Single disc & skim coulter

The specific solution for minimal soil cultivation. The grooved disc opens the furrow, and the disc coulter clears the seedbed and places the seed. The following press wheel (removable) closes the furrow. Achieving optimal germination rates in both spring and fall planting conditions, even in the presence of crop residue. High working capacity, especially in wet conditions. Additionally, it requires less maintenance compared to double-disc systems.

Seeding line P100

Seeding line P100

The seeding line is mounted on a 2-beam frame to benefit from 2 identical seeding units and guarantee uniform pressure. This set-up also allows greater clearance between each line. The seed drills are equipped with a depressurizer to deposit seeds without bouncing.

Optimum field monitoring

The Maxidrill (Ø 415) discs are mounted on independent arms to ensure excellent ground tracking in all conditions. This ensures even working depth and seedbed quality, especially when obstacles are encountered.

A precise metering unit

A precise metering unit

The metering mechanisms is made out of stainless steel and is very precise : from 1 to 450 Kg/Ha to 10 km/h in wheat. Calibration test is automatized and needless to change flutes when using different seed.

2 separated air circuits

To sow several products with different rates, the Easy Drill is able to set different air pressure into circuits.
  • No sorting between a small seed and a big seed
  • No risk of blocking between the fertiliser and the seed > Management of two different depths
  • No risk of shoot burn with certain fertilisers
  • If the fertiliser clogs, the seed keeps on flowing

Drilling Cultidisc coulterbar

Drilling Cultidisc coulterbar

The CULTIDISC seeding elements have all strictly equal length, which ensures a constant working depth and an identical consolidation on each row. This arrangement also provides exceptional clearance of 560 mm between each line for an easy passage and at high speed on large quantities of plant residues. Impeccable seed placement: thanks to the exclusive “anti bounce” air releaser, seed placement is impeccable in the furrow bottom. The design of the Cultidisc is a robustness and durability guarantee: seeding coulter with integrated carbide insert, spring blade suspension without articulation (zero maintenance, zero wearing), double rows ball bearings ultra protected without grease nipple

Low power requirement

The roller has paired rubber wheels equipped with a scraper. Each pair of wheels is offset in relation to the other pairs of wheels. This makes it possible to save up to 25% of the power requirement. The roller can operate in wet conditions without clogging. In the event of a puncture, it takes no more than a few minutes to replace. Each pair of wheels can “rotate” for access.

Created to work well and fast

Created to work well and fast

The Maxi drill has been designed to cope with high area felling requirements. In addition to the lowest possible power consumption. The Maxi drill is one of the least power-demanding seed drills today.
Performance in figures:
  • Maxidrill 3 m > 3,5 ha/hour
  • Maxidrill 4 m > 5 ha/hour
  • Maxidrill 6 m > 7 ha/hour

Transport wheel axle

The folding Maxidrills have a real road axle. The advantage of the Axle on heavy folding machines:
  • End-of-field packing limitation
  • Homogeneous wear of the roller
  • Comfort and security on road

Available with up to 4 hoppers

Available with up to 4 hoppers

In a single pass, the MaxiDrill is capable of seeding 4 different products, at 4 different rates, by separating 2 seeding depths, on all rows, or alternating 1 row out of 2, 2 rows out of 3. We have the option of fertilizing in the seed line and sowing 2 products in the same row.

E-Drive

When drilling with the EasyDrill and the E-drive Premium add-on, each drill can be controlled individually. This means that the distance between the wound rows becomes selectable when each wound row can be closed or opened individually. This system makes it easier to make driving tracks completely adapted to your and the field's needs. With the two extra containers PRO I and II, you can also handle up to four different varieties with individual output. EasyDrill is a combi machine as standard, with the possibility of sowing and placing fertilizer at different depths - regardless of which options you have.

The black lines in the picture mean that the car is closed, while the green shows that it is open. The top row is the seed beetles and the bottom row is the fertilizer beetles.
