NILSSONS In SKRÅMERED

With Farmers First, we see - in black and white - what maintenance each tool and machine should have

This is how Filip Nilsson, at Nilssons in Skråmered outside Våxtorp in Halland, answers, when we ask what he thinks is the best thing about driving Farmers First.

Filip Nilsson is one of the three sons at Skråmered.

Nilssons in Skråmered has 350 dairy cows and was named Dairy Entrepreneur of the Year 2021 for having created a company that is at the very top in Sweden. The company has demonstrated a unique ability in leadership and stimulated its staff both through clarity and great sensitivity. The farm, which is run by the Nilsson family together with employees, has a clear motto, to constantly find new ways to improve Swedish agriculture, for both employees and the farm's animals. As part of this, they are now looking at new, smoother ways to take care of their machines, implements and farm equipment by running Farmers First. Filip and his colleagues have chosen to not only tools and machines also put up their farm equipment in Farmers First

Filip Nilsson, is one of those who sees great potential with Farmers First.

- There is a lot to flow on when it comes to milk production, both mechanically but also communicatively between us who work with it. With Farmers First, we can easily feel confident that we can update each other on the maintenance status of our tools and machines and what needs to be done. It's really nice.

Another strength of Farmers First, as Filip sees it, is the ability to work with both images and comments when logging your maintenance. Not least when it comes to major maintenance that the service workshop performs.

- With Farmers First, I can share the entire history in a smooth way. I do not need to bring a lot of slips of paper with notes, but everything is logged in the phone. It saves a lot of time and makes it easier for the mechanic to fix the fault.
